As a Technical Program Manager within TITANS, you will be instrumental in driving the communication, coordination, and execution necessary to develop our engineering products and broaden our software solution's reach across GTS. You will serve as a SCRUM Master for technical teams, championing Agile practices to deliver solutions that are not only usable and scalable but also highly extensible.

Key responsibilities include managing delivery across diverse, cross-functional teams. This involves fostering collaboration, adeptly resolving trade-offs between business needs and technical constraints, and ensuring clear communication of objectives, roles, and responsibilities. You will develop comprehensive execution plans, secure commitments from engineering teams, and champion optimal technical architectures. Furthermore, you will leverage data-driven insights to prioritize and deliver high-impact features, skillfully balancing these with inherent technical limitations.

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs and setting the benchmark for solution delivery excellence.

Minimum qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in technical product or program management, coupled with over 7 years of direct engagement with engineering teams. A strong foundation in software development is essential, with at least 3 years of experience in this area. Additionally, 5 years of experience in technical program management, specifically working alongside software engineering teams, is required. Candidates must also possess experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, including building robust processes and coordinating release schedules.
