As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead critical programs for the Relay Central platform, collaborating with engineering, product, and operations to deliver scalable solutions that enhance carrier success and uphold Amazon's high standards.

Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs for the Relay Central platform and carrier experience. Drive initiatives focused on improving carrier experience, operational efficiency, platform scalability, and trust. Partner with engineering teams to develop simple, scalable, and sustainable solutions for business and technical challenges. Establish mechanisms to elevate execution, operational excellence, and delivery quality across teams. Manage roadmap planning, execution tracking, dependency management, and release coordination for multiple teams. Influence product and technical direction by working backwards from carrier and business needs. Proactively identify risks and drive alignment among diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders. Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to senior leadership. Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance customer outcomes and operational performance. Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and high standards within teams.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Possess at least 3 years of technical program management experience, working directly with software engineering teams. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technical programs. Proven ability to drive roadmap strategy, execution planning, and release coordination. Familiarity with distributed systems and scalable software architectures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
