You will collaborate across engineering, product management, and OEM partners to deliver cutting-edge accelerated computing solutions, with a specialized focus on audio and video technologies. Take full ownership of multimedia programs, guiding them from concept to successful delivery. This includes meticulously managing timelines, key milestones, and quality assurance. You will oversee release processes, gather post-release feedback for continuous improvement, and maintain detailed program plans to ensure alignment with objectives.
Drive technical excellence by deeply understanding product architecture and design, staying abreast of new developments. Resolve complex engineering challenges and optimize solutions through close collaboration with development teams. Effectively communicate program status, decisions, and potential risks to all stakeholders, building strong relationships across functional groups.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to prevent project delays and budget overruns. Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives to address and resolve issues. Deliver clear, concise, and tailored information to diverse audiences, including senior management, transforming complex data into actionable insights.
A Bachelor of Science in a technical field like Computer Science or Software Engineering is required; a Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical program management or a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading large-scale programs, is essential.
Possess strong technical expertise, including a solid grasp of software/hardware development lifecycles, system architecture, and design principles. Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence, along with experience in Agile and Product Lifecycle (PLC) methodologies, is expected.
Exceptional soft skills are crucial, including outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, effective stakeholder engagement, and strong problem-solving capabilities. Leadership aptitude is key, enabling you to influence without direct authority and guide cross-functional teams toward common objectives, balancing immediate execution needs with long-term strategic enhancements.
