We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with a strategic and tactical vision to drive initiatives across our organization. You will leverage your expertise in software architecture, customer experience, and business strategy to solve intriguing challenges in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environment.

This role is integral to our mission of enabling every entrepreneur to reach every customer through every imaginable channel, utilizing Amazon’s optimized and efficient supply chain network.

Lead the identification, scoping, and end-to-end delivery of complex projects. Apply both business and technical acumen to navigate dynamic environments, build consensus, and drive teams towards successful outcomes.

Anticipate and mitigate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and make critical trade-offs between business needs and technical constraints. Successfully translate abstract goals into measurable work items and manage cross-functional processes to develop optimized product roadmaps and release plans.

Coordinate projects across multiple teams, fostering strong relationships with internal and external customers, and ensuring successful conclusions. Demonstrate ownership and leadership in a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape.

A minimum of 5 years in technical product or program management, coupled with over 3 years of software development experience. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

Experience with project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management, is highly preferred. Additionally, experience in defining KPIs/SLAs for significant business operations and reporting to senior leadership is valuable.

This role requires strong analytical skills, high judgment, negotiation abilities, and influencing capabilities to manage large, complex projects and deliver them successfully within timely. You should be comfortable working in a highly technical and entrepreneurial culture.
