This Senior Technical Program Manager role offers the chance to influence strategic planning and drive critical infrastructure projects within our global data center operations.

Spearhead the development of long-term strategies and project plans in collaboration with partners, customers, and key stakeholders. Initiate and champion new programs, ensuring successful execution through to completion.

Lead diverse programs, fostering engagement across teams and engineers to set the pace for data center services and infrastructure development, deployment, and delivery. Create comprehensive project documentation, process maps, and presentations, providing detailed status updates.

Apply strong technical judgment to guide project delivery and technology reviews, challenging proposals and building consensus among teams. Analyze service and system performance data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.

Act as a primary escalation point for external partners and orchestrate efforts with internal global stakeholders.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is essential. You will need a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, alongside 8 years of experience in designing, constructing, or managing infrastructure projects.

Demonstrated experience in creating infrastructure designs, including telecom, electrical, and mechanical systems, and preparing drawing sets for data center builds and remodels is required.

Preferred qualifications include experience in data center construction, fit-out, and services program management. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and navigate ambiguity is highly valued.
