Join Google's Data Center Delivery and Engineering (DCDE) team as a Senior Technical Program Manager and play a pivotal role in constructing and supporting the world's most efficient data centers. Develop and articulate strategic plans in collaboration with partners, customers, and stakeholders. Initiate new programs based on identified needs and champion their successful execution.
Oversee diverse programs of work, guiding teams and engineers to set the pace for data center services and infrastructure development, deployment, and delivery. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, process maps, presentations, and status reports.
Apply technical judgment to drive project delivery, conduct technology reviews, evaluate proposals, and foster consensus among stakeholders.
Analyze service and system performance data to derive actionable recommendations and plans.
Act as a primary escalation point for external partners and coordinate efforts across global internal teams.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is essential. A minimum of 8 years of experience in program management is required, along with 8 years of experience in designing, constructing, or managing infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated experience in creating infrastructure designs, including telecom, electrical, and mechanical systems, as well as preparing drawing sets for data center networking spaces during builds and remodels.
