Join Google's Data Center Delivery and Engineering (DCDE) team as a Senior Technical Program Manager. This role is central to designing and constructing the world's most efficient data centers, supporting Google's mission to reliably deliver leading technical infrastructure.
The DCDE team comprises experts in architecture, mechanical and electrical engineering, construction, and project controls, dedicated to building safe, fast, affordable, scalable, and sustainable data center capacity.

Collaborate with partners, customers, and stakeholders to define long-term strategies and new program initiatives. Drive programs from conception through successful execution.
Lead diverse programs, engaging engineering teams to set the pace for data center service and infrastructure development, deployment, and delivery. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, process maps, presentations, and status reports.
Utilize technical expertise to guide project delivery, conduct technology reviews, and facilitate consensus building. Analyze service and system performance data to formulate actionable recommendations and plans.
Serve as a key escalation point for external partners and coordinate efforts across global internal stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside a minimum of 8 years in program management. You should also possess 8 years of experience in designing, constructing, or managing infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated experience in creating infrastructure designs for builds and remodels of data center networking spaces, including telecom, electrical, and mechanical aspects, is essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience in data center construction, fit-out, and services program management. Comfort with a fast-paced, evolving environment, the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and navigate ambiguity are highly valued.
Knowledge of greenfield civil construction, permit requirements, local industry standards, and financial principles applied to project/program management is advantageous.
