This role focuses on leading complex programs within the cloud billing, ordering, and FinOps domains. You will be instrumental in defining strategic milestones, managing project timelines, and achieving key objectives while maintaining transparent communication regarding program status and potential risks to all stakeholders. Collaboration is key as you forge robust partnerships with product management, engineering, UX, and data science teams to align on the strategic vision for building and enabling commercial flexibility within Google Cloud. You'll act as the primary driver for resolving intricate blockers, delving into technical, process, or organizational hurdles and mobilizing teams for effective solutions. Your ability to influence stakeholders and executive leadership across the business will drive strategic alignment for commercial flexibility, resolve complex architectural challenges, and ultimately deliver enhanced business outcomes. Developing deep expertise in the Google Cloud Business Platform (GCBP) ecosystem and working closely with engineering and product partners will be central to your success.

Lead the execution of intricate programs related to cloud billing, ordering, and FinOps. Define milestones, manage schedules, and ensure the achievement of OKRs. Communicate program status and risks clearly to stakeholders. Build strong partnerships with product management, engineering, UX, and data science. Align with strategic visions for building commercial flexibility. Drive the resolution of complex blockers, addressing technical, process, and organizational challenges. Mobilize teams to find effective solutions. Influence stakeholders and executive leadership for strategic alignment on commercial flexibility. Resolve complex architectural challenges to improve business outcomes. Become a subject matter expert in the Google Cloud Business Platform (GCBP) ecosystem.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 8 years of experience in program management focused on cloud computing emerging technologies is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience partnering closely with engineering, product management, and support teams to design and deliver features, bringing cloud products to market. Demonstrated success in delivering complex software products, with in-depth project management knowledge and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities, to effectively engage with technical groups. Strong technical judgment and leadership capabilities, spanning organizational and team boundaries.
