We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive innovation within our Cloud Business Platform. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of cloud commercial flexibility and delivering impactful solutions.

Lead complex program execution within cloud billing, ordering, and FinOps. Define milestones, manage schedules, and ensure OKR achievement, providing clear status updates and risk assessments to stakeholders.

Cultivate strong partnerships with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and Data Science to align on strategic visions for commercial flexibility. Serve as the primary catalyst for resolving intricate blockers, delving into technical, process, or organizational challenges to mobilize teams towards effective resolutions.

Influence stakeholders and executive leadership to achieve strategic alignment on commercial flexibility. Tackle complex architectural challenges and drive improved business outcomes. Develop deep expertise in the Google Cloud Business Platform (GCBP) ecosystem, collaborating closely with engineering and product partners.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in program management, specifically within cloud computing emerging technologies, is essential.

Preferred experience includes close collaboration with engineering, product management, and support teams for feature design and delivery, successfully bringing cloud products to market. A proven track record of delivering complex software products, in-depth project management knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are highly valued. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills are needed to effectively engage with technical groups, alongside exceptional technical judgment and leadership across organizational boundaries.
