This role focuses on the Google Cloud Business Platform, offering a chance to shape critical business operations.

Lead complex programs within cloud billing, ordering, and FinOps. You'll define milestones, manage schedules, and ensure OKR achievement, while maintaining clear communication on program status and risks.

Build strong partnerships with product management, engineering, UX, and data science teams to align on strategic visions for commercial flexibility within Google Cloud.

Drive resolutions for complex blockers, delving into technical, process, or organizational challenges. Mobilize teams to find effective solutions and navigate dependencies.

Influence stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment on commercial flexibility, resolving architectural challenges for improved business outcomes.

Become a subject matter expert in the Google Cloud Business Platform (GCBP) ecosystem, collaborating closely with engineering and product partners.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, specifically focusing on cloud computing and emerging technologies.

Preferred qualifications include experience partnering with engineering, product management, and support teams to deliver cloud products. A proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products, coupled with in-depth project management knowledge and the ability to manage multiple priorities, is highly valued.

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and the ability to engage effectively with technical groups are essential. Strong technical judgment and leadership that transcends organizational and team boundaries are also key.
