A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management.

Proficiency in identifying program bottlenecks and implementing effective mitigation strategies is essential. Experience with Agile rituals, sprint planning, and roadmap execution to maintain team velocity is also crucial.
