We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Digital Transformation and Optimization team within Core Solutions. This team focuses on enhancing eCommerce solutions and improving transaction authorization for digital payments worldwide, always with a consumer-centric approach to ensure relevance across all money flows.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be instrumental in driving product evolution with a strong focus on data science, engineering, and business impact. Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying, analyzing, and bringing to market solutions that address customer needs through effective story development, feature management, and project planning. - Maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing requirements to make sound product decisions and deliver tangible value. - Providing operational support for new products, including managing authorization recommendations from AI engines for global Mastercard applications. - Acting as a Program Administrator for Mastercard's product governance tools and services, such as Studio, Architecture Reviews, AI governance, and Data Security. - Collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, operations, and design, to deliver scalable solutions that improve product connectivity, data flow, and performance insights. - Continuously exploring innovative approaches, tools, and technologies to overcome business challenges and stay ahead of emerging trends in integration technologies, AI/ML models, and data analytics platforms.

To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product management and project management. - A deep passion for digital technologies and an innate curiosity for emerging tech like Artificial Intelligence and Cloud solutions. - An entrepreneurial spirit, a global perspective, and a drive to leverage data for solving large-scale business problems. - Proficiency in project management tools such as Git and Jira; experience with Aha is a plus. - Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders and articulate complex problem statements, opportunities, and data models. - Strong project management and execution capabilities, complemented by excellent problem-solving, analytical, quantitative communication, and organizational skills. - Experience in creating and maintaining essential product development and management materials, including business cases, product roadmaps, and success metrics. - Familiarity with Enterprise Business Intelligence Platforms or Data Platforms is beneficial. - The ability to clearly communicate the business value of products and actively contribute to sales enablement initiatives. - Proven success in understanding technical needs through stakeholder interaction and ensuring analyses and solutions effectively meet requirements.
