This role is within our Data Collection and Engineering Program, seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our core ETL strategy. We're looking for an individual with a passion for data, strong motivation, intellectual curiosity, and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovation and solve complex problems.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion. This includes defining and maintaining integrated plans that account for dependencies, delivery approaches, constraints, and contingency planning.

You will secure resources, scope efforts, prioritize tasks, and establish delivery milestones. Proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering work across multiple organizations, ensuring timely reporting, dependency management, and the removal of blocking issues.

This role involves being the primary point of contact for projects, communicating effectively with leadership, and serving as the source of truth for project status. You will transform ideas into clear communications, providing accurate project information to the right audiences at the right time and running effective meetings.

We are seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of industry technologies and their specific program, product, or technology domain. You should possess sufficient depth and credibility to effectively engage with development teams and confidently represent team services to stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include defining program strategy and delivering independently, while occasionally seeking guidance from peers or managers. You will nurture strong working relationships with engineers, managers, and peers.

Furthermore, you will optimize team approaches, demonstrate improvements using data, and utilize department mechanisms like retrospectives and staff meetings to drive continuous improvements. A critical aspect of this role involves upholding Mastercard's corporate security responsibilities, including adhering to security policies, ensuring information confidentiality and integrity, reporting violations, and completing mandatory security trainings.
