The Data Center Infrastructure Delivery team at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is responsible for building state-of-the-art data centers efficiently and at scale. Our team consists of experienced project managers who partner with vendors and internal groups to successfully execute complex construction and network projects. We bring extensive expertise in project management, technical design, and on-site construction, ensuring our data centers meet top standards for quality, efficiency, and sustainability, thereby supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's growth.

You will develop and implement strategic plans to optimize delivery efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, managing critical vendor relationships, and navigating regulatory compliance. Proactive risk identification and mitigation are essential for maintaining project timelines and budgets.

This role demands accountability and autonomy, requiring effective collaboration across Design, Engineering, and Operations teams. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of network and data center capacity across multiple concurrent builds. This includes direct engagement with leadership from Colo and LV partners to drive accountability and improvements. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper design documentation, execute ISP circuit contracts, and update tracking tools for operational handover.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of program or portfolio management experience, specifically in delivering mission-critical data center construction, cabling, compute, networking, and AI infrastructure projects. A PMP or ITIL v3 certification is required.

Essential skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex construction environments, and expertise in developing long-term strategies and program-level requirements. A deep understanding of data center design, construction, and operational needs, with a focus on cutting-edge technologies and sustainability, is crucial. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects from start to finish, including advanced scheduling and tracking, is expected.

Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership skills to mentor diverse teams, proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing project budgets, and the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Extensive experience in vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management is also required.
