We are a team of seasoned project managers collaborating closely with vendors and internal departments to successfully execute complex construction and network projects. Strategically develop and implement comprehensive plans to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence in data center delivery. Engage with key stakeholders, manage high-stakes vendor relationships, and navigate regulatory compliance complexities. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained. This role demands end-to-end ownership of network and data center capacity delivery across concurrent builds.

Oversee data center-focused projects, ensuring successful management and delivery of critical initiatives. Engage directly with leadership from Colo and LV partners, driving accountability and improvements to meet customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate design and process documentation to partners, manage ISP circuit contracts, and maintain internal tracking tools for smooth handover to operations teams.

Possess extensive project management experience in delivering mission-critical Data Center Construction, Cabling, Compute, Networking, and AI infrastructure projects. A minimum of 5 years in Program/Portfolio management is required, along with a PMP/ITIL v3 or equivalent certification. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for navigating complex construction environments.

Demonstrate expertise in developing and implementing long-term strategies and establishing program-level requirements for construction projects. A deep understanding of data center design, construction, and operational requirements, with a focus on cutting-edge technologies and sustainability, is crucial. Proven ability to lead under pressure, mentor teams, and manage project budgets and vendor contracts effectively are key attributes for success in this role.
