The Digital Transformation and Optimization team within Core Solutions is at the forefront of enhancing eCommerce solutions and improving transaction authorization for digital payments globally. We champion a consumer-centric approach, ensuring our products and services are relevant across all consumer money flows.

This role involves identifying, analyzing, and bringing market-ready solutions to meet customer needs. You will be instrumental in supporting product stories, managing features, and planning projects to make sound product decisions and deliver tangible value. Drive product evolution with a focus on data science, engineering, and business impact by maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing requirements.

Provide operational support for new products, integrating AI-driven authorization recommendations into Mastercard's global applications. Serve as a Program Administrator for Mastercard's product governance tools and services, including Studio, Architecture Reviews, AI governance, and Data Security. Collaborate with diverse teams such as engineering, data science, operations, and design to deliver scalable solutions that enhance product connectivity, data flow, and performance insights.

Continuously innovate and explore emerging trends, tools, and techniques in integration technologies, AI/ML models, and data analytics platforms to address complex business challenges. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in areas like Thoughtspot and Power BI to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product management and project management. A genuine passion for digital technologies and a strong curiosity for new advancements like Artificial Intelligence and Cloud solutions are essential. An entrepreneurial spirit, global mindset, and a drive to leverage data for solving large-scale business problems are highly valued.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Git and Jira is expected. Excellent communication and influencing skills are critical for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, enabling clear articulation of problem statements, opportunity areas, and intricate data models. Strong project management and execution capabilities, coupled with exceptional problem-solving, analytical, quantitative communication, and organizational skills, are a must.

Develop and maintain essential product development and management materials, including business cases, product roadmaps, and success metrics. Experience with Enterprise Business Intelligence Platforms or Data platforms is beneficial. The ability to articulate the business value of products and actively contribute to sales enablement efforts is also desirable. Proven success in understanding technical needs through stakeholder interaction and ensuring that analyses and solutions effectively meet requirements is key. Candidates must be based in India.
