Lead impactful technology compliance initiatives across multiple organizations within Amazon Compliance Services. You'll be instrumental in safeguarding every individual involved in buying, selling, or handling Amazon products. This role operates within a dynamic, office-based environment, working collaboratively with fast-paced technical compliance teams. Our focus is on ensuring product adherence to all legal, trade, product safety, environmental, and food safety regulations, prioritizing customer and employee well-being while fostering world-class vendor and seller experiences.

Drive cross-functional projects with an entrepreneurial mindset to build scalable and reusable compliance products. You will collaborate closely with product management, research, design, and engineering teams to define and develop essential products. Key responsibilities include tracking and communicating project status, independently resolving issues, and coordinating effectively across teams. A strong ability to learn and understand new technologies is crucial for success in this role. You will be dedicated to ensuring the safety and compliance of products for all Amazon users.

A minimum of 5 years in technical product or program management is required, alongside 7+ years of direct collaboration with engineering teams. You should also have at least 3 years of software development experience and 5 years specifically in technical program management with software engineering teams. Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules is essential.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management. Experience in managing cross-functional projects, developing sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules is highly valued. Additionally, experience in defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership will set you apart.
