As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Cloud Silicon, you will be instrumental in driving the development of our next-generation technologies. This role is crucial for shaping the future of world-leading hyperscale computing, from the foundational hardware to advanced AI models and cloud platforms.

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of custom silicon products, from justification and planning to coordination and delivery.

Develop comprehensive project timelines, generate detailed task lists, and collaborate closely with teams to ensure successful execution.

Drive the creation of data-informed schedules and milestones, meticulously track progress, anticipate future testing needs, and develop mitigation strategies with cross-functional leaders.

Facilitate crucial technical, budgetary, and schedule trade-off discussions with diverse teams.

Manage project execution and proactively address issues throughout the design, development, testing, manufacturing, deployment, and sustaining phases for silicon and hardware products.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 8 years of progressive experience in program management.

Demonstrate expertise in architecture, design, verification, implementation, or validation across a minimum of 7 chip development cycles.

Showcase proven experience managing complex technical, cross-functional projects.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Engineering or a related field, along with 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience as an engineer or manager in hardware or software systems development around chips, and knowledge of data centers and cloud markets, are highly valued.
