Lead critical discussions on technical, budgetary, and schedule trade-offs. Manage project execution from design through deployment and sustaining activities for silicon and hardware products, addressing issues as they arise.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is essential.

Possess a minimum of 8 years in program management, including significant experience across 7 chip development cycles in architecture, design, verification, implementation, or validation.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, technical, cross-functional projects is required. Experience with at least two chip cycles in a project management role, successfully executing within resource and schedule constraints, is highly valued. Familiarity with data centers, cloud markets, and their technological/business trends is a plus.
