This role is for a Senior Technical Program Manager within our Decision Management Platform (DMP) team, focusing on intelligent decision-based products powered by streaming analytics. The program utilizes business rules, AI engines, big data platforms, and cloud-native services to enable real-time decisions at a global scale. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving complex technical programs from conception through delivery, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.
Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic technical programs across multiple engineering teams. Define program scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics. Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering Managers, Architects, Data Scientists, and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes. Drive comprehensive planning, proactive risk management, detailed dependency tracking, and clear stakeholder communication. Establish and maintain robust program governance, reporting structures, and executive-level status updates. Facilitate critical technical discussions and support architectural decision-making processes. Identify program risks early and implement effective mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate initiatives related to platform modernization, cloud migration, AI/ML enablement, and operational excellence. Lead Agile planning activities, including roadmap reviews, PI planning, sprint tracking, and release coordination. Monitor program health, delivery metrics, capacity planning, and resource utilization. Ensure strict alignment with security, compliance, reliability, and quality standards. Foster a collaborative environment and drive continuous improvement across engineering and product organizations. Support incident management, postmortem reviews, and the execution of corrective actions as needed.
A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies is essential. Proven experience managing large-scale distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, enterprise applications, and modern engineering architectures is required. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs involving multiple teams and diverse stakeholders is critical. Significant experience in program planning, roadmap management, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation is necessary. Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban is expected. A solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and platform operations is needed. Experience with cloud technologies is a must. Proficiency in tracking and reporting program metrics, KPIs, and operational health indicators is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations, are essential. Experience managing technical dependencies across engineering, product, infrastructure, and operations teams is crucial. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities are required. The ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams is important. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives are necessary. Experience utilizing project and program management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps is expected.
