In this Senior Technical Program Manager role within B&MI, you will be instrumental in driving execution excellence across our technology portfolio. You will achieve this by establishing robust governance frameworks, providing critical portfolio insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This position involves close collaboration with engineering, product, operations, and business leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are well-aligned, potential risks and dependencies are effectively managed, and delivery outcomes are transparent and predictable.

This role requires meticulous planning, execution, and delivery of projects from their initial concept through to completion.

You will foster collaboration across various roles and teams to ensure that dependencies and risks are thoroughly identified, clearly understood, and proactively managed.

Key responsibilities include managing and ensuring the timely scoping, design, implementation, and release of complex features.

You will be tasked with driving innovative improvements to team processes and proactively identifying potential roadblocks or challenges, developing and executing contingency plans throughout the project lifecycle.

Establishing and maintaining clear visibility into project decisions, expectations, and milestones is crucial. This includes developing dashboards, executive communications, and reports to support leadership decision-making.

Facilitating cross-functional alignment and accountability among engineering, product, operations, and business teams is a core aspect of this position.
