You will drive programs to establish versioned API contracts, a federated front end, and adaptable shopping capabilities that any Amazon business can leverage. The challenge lies in sequencing work to enable businesses to compose journeys seamlessly, rather than forking the platform. This opportunity is for a leader adept at blending deep technical program management with extensive stakeholder coordination, capable of maintaining a three-year architectural vision while delivering consistent quarterly results and ensuring sub-second page load times at Amazon scale.

- Spearhead cross-team initiatives to deliver certified, versioned API contracts and an extension framework, allowing new businesses to integrate via configuration. - Orchestrate the front-end federation program, encompassing shell, component registry, tenant packages, and independent feature team deployments. - Accelerate tenant and marketplace onboarding, reducing launch times from months to weeks and tracking platform effort per onboarding. - Manage performance, resilience, and observability programs to ensure fast, tenant-isolated journeys at scale, including interaction budgets and proactive incident prevention. - Develop governance mechanisms to define core platform components versus business-owned extensions, resolving competing tenant needs. - Oversee dependencies with partner platforms and drive convergence strategies. - Establish program cadences for over 500 developers, including roadmaps, release schedules, risk assessment, and performance against annual targets. - Translate a three-year platform vision into sequenced, actionable deliverables with clear success criteria.

- Possess at least 5 years of experience in technical product or program management. - Have 7+ years of direct experience collaborating with engineering teams. - Include a minimum of 3 years in software development. - Bring 5+ years specifically in technical program management with software engineering teams. - Demonstrate experience managing programs across diverse, cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules.
