This Senior Technical Program Manager role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our development processes. You will leverage your strong technical acumen to oversee code quality, drive automation strategies, and guarantee the performance and scalability of our applications and platforms.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with software engineers to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle. This includes ensuring robust test coverage, effective configuration management, and proactive performance testing.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive QA standards, processes, and methodologies. Translating complex system requirements into actionable test plans and strategies will be key, alongside identifying and driving complex automation initiatives and resolving production issues.

Furthermore, you will define and champion best practices for end-to-end application performance management, stay abreast of emerging technologies, and contribute to vendor assessments and tool evaluations. You may also lead medium-sized projects, guiding workstreams and assigning tasks to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience overseeing coding, testing, and review processes for unit and integration testing. Proven success in managing multiple concurrent test paths and ensuring the quality of application codebases, in alignment with development standards, is essential.

We are looking for individuals with a strong track record in building robust automation frameworks and writing acceptance and integration test automation scripts. Familiarity with integrating these frameworks with other development tools is highly valued. A deep understanding of programming, architectural patterns, and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) is expected for this role.
