Drive impactful threat response programs, ensuring consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
Foster cross-team alignment across engineering, research, data science, and customer-facing groups to optimize protection efforts.
Identify and address friction points within threat workflows, reducing manual tasks and accelerating response times.
Develop and implement transparent metrics, feedback loops, and learning systems to continuously enhance protection effectiveness.
Translate complex threat intelligence and research into clear, actionable guidance for customers and field teams.
Advocate for customer perspectives, ensuring their insights shape product direction, threat research, and operational decisions.
Contribute to building autonomous security capabilities for robust protection across diverse cloud and on-premises environments.
Leverage unique incident response experiences to create compelling narratives for Microsoft blog platforms, establishing thought leadership.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, combined with 8+ years in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development is required.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional team projects, including alignment across globally distributed teams and complex organizational structures, is essential (3+ years).
Significant experience driving large, multi-team programs within security, cloud, or enterprise software domains is necessary (3+ years).
Proven experience working with cybersecurity, threat protection, or enterprise security platforms, contributing to protection, detection, or response initiatives (3+ years).
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups in clear, accessible, and inclusive ways is critical.
Experience leading high-severity security incidents and navigating critical conversations in large forums is expected.
Candidates must meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including a Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
