As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives for our Automatic Billing Updater (ABU) service. This role involves managing the progress of agile teams and championing best practices.

You will conceptualize, justify, and drive the execution of engineering work within our scrum framework. This includes contributing to strategic decisions, design choices, and the infrastructure needed for impactful new features.

Key responsibilities include managing and executing delivery plans, operating within an Agile/Scrum environment across multiple squads. You'll coordinate and accelerate related technology projects, aligning dependent organizations and creating predictable delivery paths for complex efforts.

This role requires active participation in retrospectives, process improvement, and clear communication of progress, risks, and issues to both teams and senior leadership. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your area, providing accurate project status and data.

We are seeking an independent and autonomous Senior Technical Program Manager with prior experience in defining and building scalable technical platforms. A deep understanding of platform capabilities and underlying technologies is essential.

Strong coordination and organization skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and vendors across various locations. You must possess the technical acumen to effectively address software engineering challenges, communicate with engineers, scope technical programs, and identify potential technical risks.

A proven track record of data-driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams is expected. You should enjoy delving into platform capabilities and underlying technologies.

Expertise in Payments, IaaS, and PaaS is highly desirable.
