As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be instrumental in orchestrating and accelerating project delivery across various teams. You'll ensure coordinated efforts and maintain clear visibility into progress, proactively managing dependencies and ensuring all deliverables are production-ready.

Spearhead projects from initiation to successful completion, meticulously planning and executing tasks within a defined technology, product, or program. Maintain an integrated project plan that effectively accounts for all internal and external dependencies, diverse delivery approaches, numerous constraints, and contingency plans for unforeseen delays.

Secure necessary resources, accurately scope efforts, clearly outline priorities, and establish definitive delivery milestones. Proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering work across the organization and all dependent entities. Provide regular progress reports, ensure all dependencies are addressed, oversee inter-team gaps in processes and systems, and systematically remove blocking issues to guarantee successful delivery. Expedite progress by driving prompt and decisive actions.

Become the primary point of contact for projects, communicating with confidence and elevating issues as needed. Serve as the definitive source of truth for project status, transforming raw ideas into clear, concise communications. Deliver the right information and associated data to the appropriate audience at the right time. Lead effective meetings that drive outcomes.

Leverage a deep understanding of industry technologies and your program, product, or technology domain to build credibility with the teams you collaborate with. Competently represent the team's services to stakeholders and other departments, bringing in developers or subject matter experts when necessary for detailed discussions.

Define program strategy and deliver independently, occasionally seeking guidance from peers or managers. Cultivate strong working relationships with engineers, managers, and colleagues. Optimize existing team approaches or limited areas, demonstrating improvements through data analysis. Utilize departmental mechanisms like retrospectives and staff meetings to describe and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is required. A minimum of three years of experience managing technical projects is essential.
