We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to spearhead end-to-end program delivery, champion Agile transformation, and ensure seamless cross-functional alignment. This role demands exceptional execution leadership, profound SAFe expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.

Lead comprehensive program management for large-scale product development initiatives from inception to completion. Serve as the Lead Technical Program Manager or Release Train Engineer (RTE), guiding execution across multiple Agile teams and workstreams. Facilitate and govern key SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt, and retrospectives, to ensure strategic alignment and delivery predictability. Implement and enhance Scaled Agile (SAFe) and Agile best practices, promoting consistency across all teams. Drive program-level planning, execution, and delivery, meticulously managing scope, schedule, quality, and cost. Establish and monitor program metrics and KPIs, such as velocity and predictability, to foster continuous improvement. Provide leadership and mentorship to Scrum Masters and Agile teams, reinforcing Agile, Lean, and XP principles. Ensure effective cross-team coordination, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and impediments within distributed team environments. Maintain and clearly communicate program goals, delivery progress, and identified risks to leadership stakeholders. Champion initiatives focused on enhancing quality, automation, and defect management across the program. Cultivate a high-trust, collaborative team environment that prioritizes transparency, effective problem-solving, and continuous refinement. Support value stream planning, budgeting, and capacity management within the SAFe framework. Collaborate closely with business, product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment with overarching strategic priorities. Identify and escalate program-level risks and issues promptly, driving timely and effective resolution. Propose process improvements, policy enhancements, and strategic initiatives to optimize delivery efficiency.

Possess extensive experience as a Technical Program Manager or Release Train Engineer within a SAFe Agile setting. Demonstrate a strong history of successfully managing large-scale, cross-functional programs involving numerous Agile teams. Exhibit a deep understanding of SAFe principles, Agile methodologies, and Lean practices; relevant certifications are advantageous. Offer hands-on experience in fulfilling Scrum Master and Scrum of Scrums roles for complex programs. Showcase robust leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to influence, coach, and mentor teams effectively, even without direct authority. Demonstrate expertise in program metrics, reporting, and delivery governance frameworks. Possess a solid grasp of project/program management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk. Have experience working with distributed teams, managing diverse stakeholders, and collaborating with vendor partners. Excel in communication and stakeholder management, including providing clear and concise leadership reporting. Exhibit a proven capacity to drive continuous improvement, enhance process maturity, and foster organizational alignment.
