Join Mastercard's AI Platform Engineering team as a Senior Technical Program Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise AI. Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional technology programs from inception through deployment and operationalization. Develop comprehensive delivery plans, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks to ensure successful outcomes. Foster alignment among engineering, product, architecture, infrastructure, security, governance, and business stakeholders. Define clear program objectives, success metrics, and execution strategies.

Proactively identify and resolve program blockers, serving as the primary point of contact for status updates and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders. Facilitate effective decision-making by evaluating tradeoffs and escalating issues as needed. Drive effective coordination across multiple teams, ensuring dependencies are clearly understood and managed. Prepare executive-level communications, reports, and presentations for various reviews and meetings.

We seek candidates with extensive experience leading large-scale technical programs involving multiple engineering teams and diverse business stakeholders. A strong background in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives within software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering, or data organizations is essential. You must demonstrate a proven ability to build integrated plans, coordinate dependencies, manage risks, and drive successful delivery.

Excellent communication skills are required to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are crucial for navigating fast-paced, evolving environments. The ability to influence across organizations without direct authority, coupled with experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies, is expected. Familiarity with cloud platforms, AI/ML platforms, or data platforms is advantageous, as are program management certifications like PMP or PgMP.
