As a Product Manager for US Healthcare IT products, you will define and execute product strategy and roadmaps, owning the portfolio backlog. You'll translate business needs into technical requirements through detailed system and data analysis. Leading release planning in partnership with ecosystem collaborators, you will clearly articulate product vision and strategy to engineering teams. Your role involves collaborating with UX and engineering to drive product design, ensuring consistent value delivery aligned with business objectives. Driving system demos for stakeholders and customers, you will foster a culture of innovation and collaborate across business, engineering, product, and operations teams to achieve common goals.

We are looking for a candidate with a Graduate degree or equivalent experience and over 5 years in product management. Essential qualifications include significant experience in the US payer and provider space, coupled with expertise in leveraging data-driven insights to enhance products. Proven ability in gathering business requirements, maintaining product backlogs, and roadmaps is key. You should possess a strong understanding of process improvement, workflow optimization, and benchmarking. The capability to engage in meaningful technical discussions with engineering teams regarding existing and emerging technologies is also required. Familiarity with tools like Aha and Rally is a plus.
