As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will spearhead product vision, strategy, and execution across the entire lifecycle, from ideation to sunsetting. You will define product roadmaps, success metrics, and business outcomes, ensuring alignment with market, customer, and regulatory needs. Collaboration with Product, Business, Engineering, Data, and Platform teams is key to delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions. Translate complex business needs into detailed product artifacts and drive roadmap prioritization, backlog management, and cross-functional alignment. Lead Agile and SAFe ceremonies and identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to enhance provider experience and operational efficiency.

Drive the productionization of AI-enabled solutions, focusing on performance, scalability, monitoring, and governance. Resolve intricate business, technical, and operational challenges across multiple domains. Monitor product adoption, customer outcomes, and business value realization, communicating progress and insights to senior leadership. Champion responsible AI practices, including governance, compliance, and ethical use, while staying abreast of emerging AI trends to identify new business opportunities.

We are seeking a results-driven individual with at least 10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Owner, or Business Analysis roles, including 8+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. A strong background in delivering enterprise-scale healthcare products and digital platforms is essential, alongside deep Healthcare & Provider Domain Knowledge and robust Product & Business Acumen. Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics is required. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance customer needs, business value, technology, and regulatory requirements. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills are a must, supported by a solid analytical and data-driven mindset. Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks, including experience managing product backlogs and PI planning, is expected.
