We seek a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for a unified data platform across the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) lifecycle. This role is pivotal in ingesting, standardizing, and normalizing disparate healthcare data to create a single source of truth, driving AI-powered insights to enhance RCM operations.

Drive the product strategy and roadmap for the Common Data Platform (CDP) across key workstreams like Longitudinal Account Record and AI-Powered RCM Insights. Translate business needs into product requirements and operational enhancements, acting as the data expert to guide engineering teams. Align with commercial teams and data infusing teams on CDP utilization. Lead technical product design, ensuring alignment with engineering and architecture standards. Improve data ingestion, labeling, interoperability, and integration across the RCM ecosystem, balancing rapid delivery with scalable architecture.

Employ agile product practices for predictable, high-quality delivery. Partner with leadership to manage capacity, sprint predictability, and cross-team dependencies. Lead multi-year customer deployment plans for CDP data, including creation, alignment, and evolution. Serve as the chief data expert to align people, process, and technology, driving CDP adoption. Coordinate rollout strategies with Product Operations and Engineering. Comply with all company policies and terms of employment.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Information Management, Product Management, or Analytics is required. We are looking for candidates with 8+ years in healthcare services, technology, or software development, including 6+ years in product management or technical product roles with a focus on data platforms.

Demonstrated experience includes 3+ years in technical product leadership for large, matrixed initiatives involving engineering, data architects, RCM operations, and clinical stakeholders. Essential hands-on experience includes working with RCM data within the US healthcare system and with data platforms/BI technologies such as Databricks, Power BI, or Tableau.

Key skills include driving data platform roadmaps, using prioritization frameworks, and managing large cross-functional initiatives. Deep domain expertise in revenue cycle data and applications, a solid understanding of data warehouse concepts, and the ability to interpret and unify disparate data sources are crucial. Strong technical acumen in RCM data structures and associated applications is expected.
