Drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and backlog management for workforce planning solutions. Collaborate with product ownership to define priorities and requirements, overseeing delivery across multiple workstreams. Support Optum Health Capital App initiatives, from requirements intake to delivery coordination.

Translate complex operational, financial, and capital planning requirements into actionable epics and user stories. Coordinate effectively with finance, operations, technology, and leadership stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely decision-making. Lead backlog refinement, prioritization, user acceptance testing, and release readiness processes.

Assess and support transition planning for future enterprise headcount forecasting platforms. Partner with technical teams to ensure product requirements are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise direction. Manage open questions, risks, decisions, and dependencies across various stakeholder groups.

Support adoption planning, user communications, and training readiness for workforce planning capabilities. Utilize enterprise-approved AI and productivity tools to enhance product management workflows. Monitor product usage and user feedback to inform ongoing enhancements and address operational pain points.

A Graduate degree or equivalent experience is required for this Senior Technical Product Manager role. You should possess over 8 years of experience in technical product management, technology delivery, or related fields. Additionally, at least 4 years of experience supporting enterprise applications such as workforce planning, financial planning systems, or analytics platforms is essential.

Demonstrated experience of over 3 years with backlog items, process flows, and technical product specifications is necessary. You must have experience partnering directly with engineering, analytics, finance, operations, and business stakeholders. Proven experience leading backlog refinement, prioritization, UAT, and stakeholder review discussions is crucial.

This role demands strong skills in managing multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder groups within a fast-paced environment.
