Translate prioritized product initiatives into executable engineering work for a large, cross-functional organization. You will maintain a healthy backlog, decompose complex platform capabilities into manageable features and user stories, and facilitate requirements clarification. Ensuring readiness for Program Increment planning and delivery is key.
Key duties include owning backlog readiness for the ABM Platform engineering domain, leading backlog refinement sessions, and maintaining traceability across initiatives and dependencies. You will also serve as a trusted product partner, drive issue resolution, and coordinate across global teams, including India and U.S. colleagues, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with over 7 years in technical product management, product ownership, or related technology delivery roles. Experience working directly with engineering leadership, architects, and distributed development teams is essential.
Proficiency in Agile and portfolio management tools like Aha, Rally, or Jira is necessary. You must demonstrate the ability to decompose complex capabilities into clear user stories, influence technical decisions, and communicate end-to-end technical concepts. Strong facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also critical for managing ambiguity and driving alignment.
