Lead the discovery of requirements by engaging with business leaders and stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of needs and expected outcomes. Transform business needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. Act as the primary liaison between business, engineering, and other project teams to ensure aligned and successful delivery. Manage and prioritize the product backlog for ServiceNow and workflow-enabled features, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines. Define comprehensive end-to-end product experiences incorporating workflows, integrations, reporting, and AI. Collaborate with engineering to validate functional and technical design, testing, and validation. Facilitate discussions, document decisions, manage dependencies, and communicate risks and priorities effectively.
A graduate degree or equivalent experience is required. Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role is essential. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering is key. Expertise in ServiceNow, including workflows, configuration, functional and technical design, and integrations, is necessary. Project management experience covering timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination is a must. A foundational understanding of AI concepts, automation, and their application to workflows is required. Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, user story writing, acceptance criteria definition, and stakeholder facilitation are crucial. Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and executive-facing stakeholder management skills are expected. Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities across business and technical domains are needed. The ability to influence stakeholders and delivery teams without direct authority is vital. Prior experience in healthcare, claims, issue management, or regulated workflows is preferred.
