As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will guide US Healthcare IT products through their entire lifecycle. This includes defining and communicating a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders.

You will conduct in-depth market research to foster innovation within the portfolio. Translating business needs into actionable backlog items, you will define capabilities and features. Your role involves detailed system and data analysis, ensuring both a strategic overview and meticulous attention to detail.

Owning the portfolio backlog and roadmap execution, you will lead release planning and system demonstrations. Crucial to this position is collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Operations, Analytics/AI, and UX, to shape product design and achieve business objectives.

We are seeking individuals with a graduate degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of product management experience, ideally with recent US payer and provider space knowledge.

Demonstrate expertise in applying data-driven insights to product enhancement, gathering business requirements, and maintaining product backlogs and roadmaps. Proficiency in process improvement, workflow analysis, benchmarking, and evaluating business processes is essential.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of technology solutions and be able to engage meaningfully with technical teams. Familiarity with various product management and AI tools is also required.
