As a Lead Technical Product Manager, you will spearhead complex, multi-team AI chatbot initiatives, shaping the future of LLM-powered conversational platforms. You'll define product requirements, manage roadmaps, and lead large-scale GenAI efforts.

Key duties include collaborating with ML teams on prompt engineering and RAG, writing user stories, and validating requirements. You'll also partner with program teams to manage project plans and mitigate risks, while meticulously grooming and prioritizing features for optimal business alignment. Driving chatbot quality improvements and ensuring responsible AI use with security and privacy teams are also crucial aspects of this role.

We are seeking an experienced product manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in executing AI-driven products. A strong understanding of LLM systems, RAG, evaluation techniques, and their limitations is essential.

Solid system design skills and technical fluency are required, alongside proven excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. The role necessitates a willingness to overlap with US teams for 5-6 hours daily. While not strictly required, prior healthcare experience is considered a valuable asset for this position.
