Lead the end-to-end architecture and development of data and analytics solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Translate business requirements into robust, scalable solution designs and roadmaps. Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding development teams and ensuring solutions are production-ready. Define and enforce best practices for data governance, security, performance, and cost optimization. Drive adoption of DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Key responsibilities include architecting solutions using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, pipelines, semantic models), Azure Data Factory, and Azure data storage. Develop secure integration patterns and enable downstream analytics. Additionally, architect solutions using ASP.NET, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to maintain high quality and consistency across all deliverables.

We are seeking a candidate with 10-15 years of IT experience in data and analytics, including 3-5 years in a senior technical lead or architect role. Proven experience delivering Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure-based data platforms is essential. Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, ASP.NET, and SharePoint is required. Advanced SQL and data modeling skills are necessary, alongside experience with Azure storage patterns. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills are crucial for success in this role.
