Drive technical leadership and implementation for Siemens Opcenter Execution Discrete, covering configuration, extension, troubleshooting, deployment, and support. Design and deliver architecture and detailed design documents, guiding technical work from testing through stabilization and support transition. Collaborate effectively with global teams and manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless integration of MES with enterprise and shop-floor systems.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, computer science, information systems, automation, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in MES/MOM, manufacturing applications, industrial automation, digital manufacturing, or related consulting. Proven hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter solution architecture, discrete manufacturing processes, and integration with systems like SAP, Teamcenter, WMS, QMS, SCADA, PLCs, and data platforms is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft .NET, C#, Visual Studio, SQL, REST/OData, SOAP, XML/JSON, and enterprise integration patterns is expected. Strong client-facing, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are a must, with a willingness to travel internationally.
