Advance your career as a Senior Technical Account Manager, becoming a vital customer advocate and trusted technical advisor. This role is centered on deeply understanding customer business objectives and transforming them into robust technology and process solutions. You will guide clients through their cloud adoption journey and digital transformation.
Your leadership will span the entire solution lifecycle, coordinating diverse teams and ensuring customers successfully deploy and optimize their Oracle Cloud workloads. This position uniquely blends deep technical expertise with exceptional customer relationship management and program delivery acumen, all geared towards achieving outstanding customer outcomes.
Partner closely with customers to decipher their business goals, technical needs, challenges, and desired results, then architect practical solution designs. Conduct thorough fit-gap analyses and develop strategic roadmaps for solution transition, implementation, and optimization.
Define and align the functional and technical vision for program solutions with both customer and internal stakeholders. Lead end-to-end delivery processes, from requirements gathering through solution design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live.
Facilitate the deployment of customer workloads onto Oracle Cloud, champion cloud adoption frameworks, and proactively address delivery blockers. Ensure customer solutions are aligned with Oracle's product roadmaps, release schedules, business enhancements, and critical production support needs.
Collaborate effectively with portfolio management and a wide array of cross-functional teams, including business analysts, integration specialists, quality assurance, development, support, services, and external partners. Clearly articulate technical concepts, solution alternatives, associated risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
We seek individuals with a minimum of 8 years in customer-facing, consultative, or technology-focused roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, coupled with 4 years of relevant experience, is required. Alternatively, a Master's degree in a similar field with 2 years of experience, or a Doctorate, will be considered.
Essential qualifications include 5–15 years of IT industry experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience. A strong command of Oracle products, including Fusion applications and OCI, is crucial. You must demonstrate the ability to translate complex business requirements into system, application, process, and solution designs.
Proven experience in leading business analysis, business process design, and software development lifecycle activities is expected. The capacity to assess technology assumptions, identify systems and interfaces, and evaluate solution alternatives is key. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to consider broader, cross-module impacts.
Demonstrated customer service and cross-functional collaboration skills are vital. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational abilities are necessary. The capability to build effective working relationships across business and IT teams in a collaborative, remote setting is important. Occasional travel to customer sites and internal meetings (up to 25%) may be required.
