Success hinges on strong product management, deep technical expertise, and a nuanced understanding of the healthcare domain. You will collaborate with diverse teams to shape product vision, guide investments, and drive the adoption of scalable solutions that advance strategic healthcare initiatives.

Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps, translating business objectives into actionable product capabilities and investment priorities. Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and definition through launch and optimization, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance.

Drive the development of healthcare data products, AI/ML capabilities, and intelligent automation solutions. Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams on data strategies and leverage advanced AI techniques to enhance workflows and decision-making. Ensure robust data governance and regulatory compliance are integrated into product designs.

Act as the central liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, and data science teams. Facilitate cross-functional alignment, influence priorities in a matrixed environment, and communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership. Lead Agile execution, manage backlogs, and drive continuous product improvement through data-driven insights and customer feedback.

A Master's degree in product management or a related field is required, coupled with over 8 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Development, or Digital Product Management. You should have at least 5 years of experience defining product requirements, crafting user stories, and managing Agile product backlogs.

Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology products, platforms, or data-driven solutions is essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, data platforms, analytics, and digital technologies is critical. Experience utilizing product management and Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps is expected.

Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions, manage ambiguity, and navigate complex cross-functional dependencies is key. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are paramount. Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance product capabilities or business processes is highly valued.
