As a Senior Tech Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap and feature delivery, ensuring strict alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and technical strategy. You will translate complex needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs for engineering teams. Close collaboration with development, architecture, and QA ensures high-quality product delivery and rapid issue resolution.

Your role involves leading Agile ceremonies, monitoring delivery progress, managing dependencies, and proactively removing roadblocks. You will work across engineering, business, operations, and leadership teams to ensure technical solutions effectively meet organizational and customer needs. Furthermore, you will drive release planning, testing, deployment readiness, and adoption tracking for new features, leveraging AI tools to enhance products and team efficiency.

We are looking for individuals with at least 8 years of experience in technical product management, product development, or technology delivery. A minimum of 5 years in defining requirements, writing user stories, and managing Agile backlogs is essential.

Proven experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, along with 3+ years using tools like Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps for backlog management, is required. Experience in the healthcare industry, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is crucial. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and business teams are expected, as is the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in designing and deploying AI-powered solutions using various platforms is also a key requirement.
