As a Senior Consultant for Workday Core HCM on an Application Management Services (AMS) engagement, you will lead daily service delivery, manage the enhancement pipeline, and ensure SLA performance. Responsibilities include providing L2/L3 support for Workday Core HCM, resolving incidents and service requests, configuring enhancements for organizational structures and business processes, and performing root cause analysis. You will also maintain Workday configurations, support biannual releases, collaborate with business users to understand needs, and provide functional guidance. Additionally, you will conduct testing (regression, SIT, UAT) and coordinate with cross-functional teams like Payroll, Benefits, and Integrations.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 5-8 years of HRIS or Workday consulting experience is required, with 3-5 years of hands-on Workday Core HCM support or implementation experience in an AMS/Operate environment. Strong understanding of organizational design, staffing models, and business process governance is essential. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary. Willingness to work in shifts and report to the office is mandatory for this role, supporting offshore development center projects.
