As a Senior Consultant specializing in Core HCM, you will be responsible for the daily service delivery, enhancement pipeline management, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance within the Workday tenant.

Key duties include: - Providing L2/L3 production support for Workday Core HCM, resolving incidents and service requests. - Configuring enhancements for supervisory organizations, business processes, and staffing structures. - Conducting root cause analysis and developing effective solutions. - Maintaining organizational structures, job management, and security configurations. - Supporting Workday's biannual releases and promoting feature adoption.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science.

Ideal candidates possess: - 5-8 years of experience in HRIS or Workday consulting. - 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM support or implementation. - Proven experience supporting Workday in an Application Management Services (AMS) or Operate environment. - A strong grasp of organizational design, staffing models, and business process governance. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. - Willingness to work in shifts and a requirement to work from the office are essential for this role.
