Join our dynamic Engineering team as a Senior Team Lead, focusing on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps. This role is pivotal in modernizing existing systems and implementing innovative technology solutions that enhance financial performance, accelerate digital business, and fuel growth. You will work within a hybrid cloud environment, contributing to critical mission-driven projects.

Maintain high application uptime and performance, manage system enhancements and defect resolution, and oversee daily operational activities. Ensure continuous improvement and adherence to ITIL best practices. Drive the integration of automation and scripting into the development lifecycle. You will also manage vendor relationships and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.

A strong background in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or production support is essential, along with a solid understanding of reliability engineering principles. Proficiency in Python, React, GraphQL, and REST APIs is required, as well as expertise in microservices architecture. Extensive experience with AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins is crucial. Familiarity with automation tools, ITSM frameworks, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills are expected. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and 5-10 years in the software development lifecycle are necessary.
