As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining application uptime and performance, managing system enhancements and defects, and overseeing daily operational activities. You will ensure continuous improvement and adherence to ITIL best practices.

Key responsibilities include leading efforts in reliability engineering principles (SLIs, SLOs, incident response) and collaborating effectively across engineering, QA, and business stakeholders in a regulated environment. You will also focus on vendor management and influencing key decision-making processes.

A strong background in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or production support is essential, complemented by a solid understanding of reliability engineering principles. Proficiency in modifying code (Python, React, GraphQL, REST API) and a deep understanding of microservices architecture are required.

We expect hands-on experience with AWS services, automation and scripting (SHELL or Python), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab), Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), and Helm. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk and Grafana is also crucial. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, coupled with 5-10 years in the software development lifecycle or Agile methodologies, is necessary.
