Seeking a Senior Team Lead to spearhead SRE initiatives within our Platform Development & Integration team. This role is instrumental in building and maintaining robust, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure.

As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for constructing and managing AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform.

Key duties include automating deployments and operational workflows via CI/CD pipelines, actively monitoring system availability, performance, and reliability. You will also troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective observability, alerting, and incident management processes. Managing containerized workloads on Kubernetes/EKS and optimizing cloud infrastructure for scalability, security, and cost efficiency are also core aspects of this role. Collaboration with development and security teams to enhance platform reliability is crucial.

We are looking for candidates proficient in core SRE technologies and practices.

Essential skills encompass cloud platforms like AWS, Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD is required. Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Splunk) and scripting languages like Python or Bash is vital. Strong knowledge of Git, Linux/Unix administration, and networking fundamentals is also necessary.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Ansible and a solid understanding of SRE principles like SLI, SLO, SLA, Error Budgets, Incident Response, and Postmortems. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities are expected.
