Join our dynamic team as a Senior Team Lead, focusing on SAP PMO within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP in Delhi. This role is pivotal in driving the success of SAP implementation and Application Management Services (AMS) programs.

As a key member of the Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) unit, you will leverage your expertise to enhance functional excellence, innovation, and long-term growth through robust technology management.

We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of SAP environments and a proven track record in program governance and delivery oversight. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring seamless project execution and operational efficiency.

Establish and manage PMO governance for SAP implementation and AMS programs, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budgets, and quality. Drive project planning, milestone tracking, resource planning, and delivery monitoring across all SAP implementation phases. Oversee AMS operations, including incident, service request, and enhancement management, adhering to SLAs and KPIs. Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across SAP modules and project streams using RAID logs. Coordinate change request management, transport planning, and release cycles for SAP landscapes. Act as the central point of contact for business stakeholders, SAP teams, technical teams, and implementation partners. Prepare governance dashboards, project status reports, and executive updates for leadership. Support transition from implementation to AMS, ensuring knowledge transfer and driving continuous improvement.

This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, alongside strong communication skills.

A successful candidate will possess the ability to effectively manage programs, oversee project execution, and ensure robust governance for SAP initiatives.
