Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Team Lead specializing in SAP FICO. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and enabling long-term growth through innovative SAP solutions. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and contribute to critical SAP FICO projects.

This position offers a significant opportunity to leverage extensive SAP FICO expertise within a leading consulting environment. You will be instrumental in shaping and delivering impactful financial solutions for our clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and AMS support activities. Analyze intricate business requirements and meticulously configure SAP FI/CO solutions. Oversee IMG configuration across Financial Accounting and Controlling modules, including detailed setup for GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.

Manage comprehensive cost accounting configurations and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). Direct legacy data migration efforts for key financial and controlling data. Guide month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Generate insightful financial reports and support banking integrations.

A Bachelor's degree is required, complemented by a minimum of 8 years of dedicated SAP experience, with a strong emphasis on SAP FICO. Proven hands-on experience in at least 1-2 full SAP FICO implementation projects, along with successful rollout and AMS support engagements, is essential.

Possess deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including extensive IMG configuration capabilities. Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP organizational structure configuration and hands-on experience with legacy data migration. Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this role.
