Seeking a seasoned Senior Team Lead with extensive SAP FICO expertise to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and enabling innovation within enterprise technology. The ideal candidate will leverage deep knowledge of SAP FICO business scenarios and configurations to guide project success.

Lead implementation, migration, and support projects within SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments. Drive best practices in SAP FICO module integration and configuration for core business processes, including AP, AR, General Ledger, Taxes, Treasury, Assets, COPA, and product costing. Develop high-quality deliverables independently and manage small to large teams effectively.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO is essential, with hands-on expertise in implementation, migration, and support projects. Proven ability to configure scenarios, write functional specifications, and understand both 'as-is' and 'to-be' business processes. A Graduate degree, CA, or MBA from a premier institute is required. Willingness to work in shifts, particularly European timings, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
