Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP seeks a Senior Team Lead with expertise in SAP FICO to join the Enterprise Technology & Performance team in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation.

Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation, migration, and support projects, utilizing SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.

Develop and configure RICEWF objects for various business scenarios, including AP, AR, General Ledger, Taxes, Treasury, Asset Accounting, COPA, and product costing.

Facilitate integration of FICO modules with other SAP modules. Identify as-is and to-be business processes and translate them into functional specifications and configuration documents.

Mentor and guide team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Adapt to working in shifts, particularly to accommodate European business hours.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO, including hands-on experience with implementations, migrations, and support.

Proficiency in standard SAP FICO business processes and RICEWF objects. Experience in integrating FICO with other SAP modules is essential.

Demonstrated ability to identify and document business processes. Strong capabilities in configuring SAP modules and writing functional specifications. Experience leading small to large teams is required.

A Graduate degree, CA, or MBA from a premier institute is necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical for this role. Willingness to work in shifts, including European timings, is expected.
